Agitato Strings is a professional string ensemble of passionate musicians performing in the Tri-State area.

Agitato Strings has the talent, experience, and level of dedication that has gained us a highly respected reputation. We are a reliable and creative team of virtuosos, who have been trained at the best music schools in Odessa, Minsk, Moscow and New York City. We have many years of experience performing internationally as chamber musicians and soloists. We specialize in string duo- trio-quartet ensembles. Our musicians perform solo, chamber and orchestral recitals at WMP, Carnegie Hall, and Avery Fisher Hall at Lincoln Center in NYC and have toured internationally in Eastern and Western Europe.

Since our formation in 2005, we have performed at many wedding ceremonies, receptions, and corporate functions at many of NY's and NJ's most glamorous venues including the Plaza and Ritz Hotel, Metropolitan Club in NYC, Abigail Kirsch in Tarrytown, NY and The Chanticler in Short Hills NJ.

For a wedding ceremony, we typically play classical standards for the prelude, ceremony, and postlude but can play "Your Song" or an arrangement of any song you desire. We have an extended list of the most requested classical music compositions. Evening parties will sparkle with the added sounds of Latin tangos, light jazz, pop and contemporary pieces. We can also provide violin strolling.
